Classroom and Virtual Instructor-Led
The power of presence gives learners an opportunity to be heard in real time and enables organizations to truly personalize instruction. Be it in person or in a virtual training tool, having a live instructor-led learning experience can create opportunities for discussion, questions, and feedback loops that are undeniably powerful. My strength and expertise is to develop branded content, enabling trainers to deliver content in the most impactful way, in the classroom and in a virtual training tool like Zoom, Adobe Connect or GoToTraining.
The Behavioral-Based-Interviewing instructor-led course was developed to create consistency around hiring and interviewing practices across the organization regardless of location or position. Content included best practices around diversity and inclusion, lawful and unlawful interview questions as well as interviewing and selection techniques. The course received tremendous feedback and I was asked to develop the online equivalent.
Displayed is an engaging group activity for classroom or virtual delivery as part of the Behavioral-Based Interviewing course. Similar activities are dispersed throughout the content to elicit discussions and increase engagement. Instructor-led training assets include:
- A detailed facilitator guide with visual cues of the various types of activities or media presented
- A participant guide with pertinent information and sections for notes and exercises
- Appendices of supporting materials
